INGREDIENTS

Peppermint Oil, Vitamin E, Sea Salt, Stevia Leaf Extract, Grapefruit Seed Extract, Aloe Vera, Baking Soda, Menthol, Erythritol and Polysorbate 20 (derived from Coconut Oil).
DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Scoop crystals into a cup/container, fill with water, shake!

SINGLE USE: 1-1.5 scoops per 1 oz of water. Gently shake, swirl or stir until dissolved.

MULTIPLE USES: 12-14 scoops per container of filtered water. (Adjust water to crystal ratio as needed.) Shake until dissolved.
